• Quality Control Standards – Ensuring that goods are inspected for quality and that they meet customer expectations before being shipped.
• Legal Documentation – Ensuring that all delivery and receiving documents are properly handled, including invoices, receipts.
• Training and Certification – Completing required compliance-related training and maintaining certifications, such as forklift operation or hazardous materials handling, if applicable.
Other duties
- Customer Service Support – Assisting in resolving customer inquiries regarding order status.
• Maintain Equipment – Performing basic maintenance and cleaning of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and shelving units, to ensure they remain in good working condition.
• Assist with Returns – Processing returned goods, inspecting items for damage, and restocking or disposing of products according to company policies.
• Labeling and Sorting – Labeling products or organizing items based on product type, size, or shipping requirements for easy retrieval and shipment.
• Preparing Reports – Assisting with generating inventory, delivery and order fulfillment reports for management.
• Collaborate with Other Departments – Working with other teams such as sales, CSRs, procurement, or management to ensure smooth communication and coordination of operations.
• Assist with Inventory Audits – Helping during regular stock audits or cycle counts to ensure the inventory records match physical stock
• Ad-hoc Tasks – Performing other duties as assigned by the warehouse supervisor or manager, which may include special projects or urgent tasks.
