Customer Service
FULL TIME RESIDENTIAL ELECTRICIAN
Electrika is now hiring for full time electricians. You must be a licensed electrician (with a minimum of 1 years’ experience) with a capacity to read, write and speak in both French and English.
We are looking for honest candidates who hold the skills and behaviours provisional to excellence in customer service and the availability for satisfying the demands of emergecny service work.

Your Responsibilites:
- Meet with customers in their homes and assist in solving electrical issues
- Diagnosing and repairing common electrical problems in accordance with Quebec Building code Chapter 5 electricity
- Perform service to outlets, light fixtures, electrical panels, and other electrical systems in existing residential homes
- Providing customers with a high level or service and a memorable service experience
- Communicating with customers to provide repair & replacement options/estimates
- Performing preventative maintenace to residential electrical systems
Job Requirements:
- Bilingual French and English
- Clean Drivers Licence
- Certificate de Competence compagnon
- Ability to work independently as well as on a team project
- Ability to use an iPad
- Ability to work on rotating on call schedule
- You must be able to lift 50 pounds, carry ladders, work from heights, work in small crawl spaces

Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning HVAC
Our team is growing and we seek 2 new HVAC technician’s to join our team today.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide 5-star customer service.
- Meet with customers in their homes and assist in solving HVAC issues.
- Design, install and maintain mini-splits, thermal pumps, electric furnaces and other HVAC systems in existing residential home.
- Performing preventative maintenance to residential HVAC systems.
- Diagnosing and repairing common HVAC problems.
- Communicating with customers to provide repair & replacement options/estimates using Company software.
- Conform to all building, HVAC and electrical codes.
- Ability to work independently as well as on a team project.
Must have:
- 5 Years experience in the industry. Residential areas preferred.
- Punctual, well groomed and organized.
- Clean drivers license.
- Certificate de Competence Compagnon.
- Permit to work in Canada / Quebec.
- Bilingual in French and English.
Nice to have:
- Ability to work on a rotating on call schedule.
Direct compensation Range for HVAC Salary:
- Up to 100K plus commission based on performance.
- Overtime and double time paid right away.
- Indirect compensation health insurance.
- 85% Coverage dental, medical, eye care (50% of cost paid by employer, 50% of cost paid by employee).
- RRSP Contribution – Company to match 4% of investment to a DPSP fund. (Available to the employee after 2 years of service).
- HVAC receives his own company vehicle in which they can travel to and from work.
- Full uniforms provided which includes additional seasonal clothing. Full laundry service included.
- Vacation – After 1 year of service employee entitled to 2 weeks with 4% vacation accrual.
- Vacation – After 3 years of service employee entitled to 3 weeks with 6% vacation accumulation.
- Personal days are earned 1 per year of service up to 5 personal days.
