1. Who we are<\/h2>\n

Electrika Inc. does electrical, heating and cooling work for homes in Greater Montreal.<\/p>\n

This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and your rights. It follows Quebec’s private-sector privacy law (Law 25) and Canada’s anti-spam law (CASL).<\/p>\n

2. Person in charge of your personal information<\/h2>\n

Under Law 25, our owner is the person in charge of protecting personal information.<\/p>\n

3. What we collect, and why<\/h2>\n

We only collect what we need.<\/p>\n

When you ask for a quote or book a visit<\/strong> (website form, phone, email or text): your name, phone number, email, service address and what you need. We use it to answer you, book the visit and prepare your estimate.<\/p>\n

When we do the work:<\/strong> job notes, photos of the work, details of your equipment (brand, model, age), estimates, invoices and payments. We use it to do the job, honour warranties and keep our accounting records. Card payments are processed by our payment providers. If you choose financing, you apply directly with our financing partner, Financeit, under its own privacy policy.<\/p>\n

Phone calls:<\/strong> our website and ads show call tracking numbers (see section 5). They tell us which page or ad led to your call: your number, the time and how long the call lasted. Calls may be recorded for quality and training.<\/p>\n

Emails and text messages:<\/strong> appointment confirmations and reminders, estimate follow-ups, maintenance reminders, and, only if you agreed, offers and news. See section 6 and our Messaging Terms & Conditions at the bottom of this page.<\/p>\n

Reviews:<\/strong> after a job we may ask you for a review. When you post a public review (for example on Google), we can see it and reply.<\/p>\n

Job applicants:<\/strong> name, contact details, r\u00e9sum\u00e9 and your answers, whether you apply by email or through one of our job ad forms on Facebook or Instagram. We use them only to fill the job.<\/p>\n

4. Who we share it with<\/h2>\n

We do not sell, rent, or share your opt-in data and phone numbers with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.<\/strong> To stop receiving messages, reply STOP, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE.<\/p>\n

We do not sell your personal information. We share only what each provider needs to do its job for us, under contract:<\/p>\n
